infraestructuras cr\u00edticas de telecomunicaciones en el pa\u00eds, y del deficiente rendimiento y necesidad de reformas internas en los procesos de gesti\u00f3n de los entes p\u00fablicos como Ortel, GITGE, GETESA, GECOTEL, etc.. que constituyen un freno para el emprendimiento y generaci\u00f3n de la riqueza nacional en el sector de las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas.<\/p>\r\n<p><img
