Dicha sesi\u00f3n ha sido <\/span><span class=\"s4\">presidida por el Excmo. Se\u00f1or Don Marcelino <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Owono<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> Edu, presidente de<\/span> <span class=\"s4\">l<\/span><span class=\"s4\">a<\/span> <span class=\"s4\">Instituci\u00f3n<\/span><span class=\"s4\">.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s4\">La <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Quinta <\/span><span class=\"s4\">Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria del Pleno del a\u00f1o 2026<\/span><span class=\"s4\">, <\/span><span class=\"s4\">ha <\/span><span class=\"s4\">sido<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> convocada de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el art\u00edculo 7, incisos 3 y 5, de la Ley Org\u00e1nica N\u00fam<\/span><span class=\"s4\">ero<\/span><span class=\"s4\">3\/2012, de 16 de noviembre, por la que se regula el Consejo Nacional para el Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Social de Guinea Ecuatorial.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s4\">Los trabajos dieron inicio a las 9:30 horas con la comprobaci\u00f3n del cu\u00f3rum reglamentario de los miembros presentes, seguida de la lectura de la convocatoria de la sesi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s4\">El \u00fanico punto incluido en el orden del d\u00eda <\/span><span class=\"s4\">ha sido<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> la presentaci\u00f3n y aprobaci\u00f3n oficial de la Memoria Anual 2025 y su correspondiente Resumen Ejecutivo. Elaborada en cumplimiento del mandato institucional que encomienda al Consejo Nacional para el Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Social informar al Jefe de Estado sobre la evoluci\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, social, laboral, cultural, industrial y medioambiental de la Rep\u00fablica de Guinea Ecuatorial, esta Memoria constituye una expresi\u00f3n del compromiso del C<\/span><span class=\"s4\">onsejo<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> con su funci\u00f3n consultiva, orientada al an\u00e1lisis, la concertaci\u00f3n y la formulaci\u00f3n de propuestas que contribuyan al fortalecimiento de las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas y al desarrollo nacional.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s4\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n, los miembros del Pleno<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> han<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> examina<\/span><span class=\"s4\">do<\/span><span class=\"s4\">detalladamente el contenido<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> final<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> de ambos documentos, incorpor\u00e1ndose las observaciones y sugerencias <\/span><span class=\"s4\">formuladas con<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> el prop\u00f3sito de perfeccionar el texto definitivo.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s4\">Una vez analizadas e integradas las aportaciones realizadas, el Pleno<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> ha<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> procedi<\/span><span class=\"s4\">do<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> a la aprobaci\u00f3n oficial e \u00edntegra de la Memoria Anual y del Resumen Ejecutivo 2025, expresando su conformidad con el trabajo desarrollado.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"s3\"><span class=\"s4\">Con esta aprobaci\u00f3n, el Consejo Nacional para el Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico y Social <\/span><span class=\"s4\">ha <\/span><span class=\"s4\">culmina<\/span><span class=\"s4\">do<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> el proceso de validaci\u00f3n de uno de sus principales <\/span><span class=\"s4\">instrumentos de rendici\u00f3n de cuentas institucionales, reafirmando su compromiso con la transparencia, la participaci\u00f3n y la promoci\u00f3n del desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y social de Guinea
